Increase in the Registration and Administration Fees effective as of 1 July 2011.

As per Article (42) of the Rules and the decision of the Board of Trustees dated 4 April 2011, the Tribunal Fees are increased as of 1 July 2011.

 “The Board of Trustees, on the bases of a proposal by the Executive Committee, may from time to time amend the provisions of the Appendix – Costs of Arbitration.”
