DIAC enters into collaboration with the Cornell University

 

The Dubai International Arbitration Centre is honored to announce its entering into a partnership agreement with the Cornell University ILR Institute on Conflict Resolution (ILR) based in New York, USA in consideration of the hands-on exchange of cutting edge expertise of the Cornell’s academicians and the Centre’s institutional case management expertise.

 

The collaborative effort will seek to establish regular practical and innovative trainings aimed at building the next generation of international commercial arbitrators both in the Gulf Region and the USA. The trainings will be held on exclusive and limited number of seat basis to be commenced in 2011. All details will follow closer to the announced training date.
