Dubai - UAE: After the success of their earlier overseas arbitration dialogues held in London and Paris last year, the DIAC is organising its 5th Arbitration Dialogue in Seoul, Korea, on March 2, on the sidelines of the 14th Annual IBA International Arbitration Day on March 3 and 4.

 

Entitled "Meet DIAC and its Executive Committee" the purpose of the international open dialogue is to raise awareness of DIAC and to provide a fitting platform for international users of DIAC to directly meet the Executive Comittee members and to have an open discussion with them about DIAC rules and services which are part with the ones provided by the arbitration centres in the world.

 

The panel of speakers include Dr. Habib Al Mulla, Vice Chairman, and Essam Al Tamimi, Member, DIAC Board of Trustees, Dr. Hadif Al-Owais, DIAC Acting Director and Vice Chairman, DIAC Executive Committee and the Executive Committee members including Mr. Michael E. Schneider, Dr. Tarek Fouad A. Riad and Dr. Fathi Kemicha who will discuss a range of important topics relating to commercial arbitration and neutrality, notably transparency and fairness in the arbitration, and cost issues related to arbitration cases.
