In response to the widespread use of arbitration for resolving disputes in international business and economic transactions, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Centre for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) are organising a course to provide an introduction to international commercial arbitration and practical techniques for handling arbitration cases.
