Victor P. Leginsky is an experienced international Arbitrator and barrister & solicitor from Canada, who has practiced in Dubai, UAE since April 2007. He is a listed arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and wishes to contribute to the development and maturation of arbitration inthe MENA region. Victor has prior high - level administrative experience in the dispute resolution fiels having been the Chair of the Manufactured Home Park Dispute Resolution Committee.
